Payment & Refund Policy

On Hamro Style, you can choose to pay with all major Credit, Debit cards, Net-banking & UPI. We use a secured payment gateway, the same used by Myntra, Book My Show, Netflix, AirBnB etc. When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, follow the steps given so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorization. We will then acknowledge your order by taking you to a confirmation screen that will let you know if your payment was processed successfully.

Hamro Style is committed to ensuring that your personal details will always be kept safe and has a number of fraud prevention measures in place.

All products listed on our website is from independent individual sellers.

You should never pay the seller directly. All payments are to be made through Hamro Style on the Checkout page and buyers pay for orders in advance. Hamro Style will not be able to assist if you pay a seller outside the platform. If you are asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to our Customer Service immediately.

Only if you have made a payment from Hamro Style's Order page and if you have received a wrong product or want to return the product, then you can dispute against the seller within 24 hours of product delivery. The money will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 business days.

In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
